June 6 Updates:
Church is now fully open. No Coronavirus restrictions apply. This update overrides previous updates.
- Wearing of masks is recommended – not required
- Social distancing is recommended – not required
May 2 Updates:
Online registration will stop as of May 9, 2021.
- If you’ve been partially or fully vaccinated you may begin to attend church service.
- If you have not been vaccinated, you can attend church service but continue to do your periodic tests to make sure you are not infected.
For everyone’s protection, people coming in still have to do the following in addition to established protocols:
Thanksgiving continues to be done at your seat. Special thanksgiving requests start with the pastor’s office. Specific COVID rules apply.
during a special thanksgiving only immediate family can dance up
make sure there is 2 seat between you and the next person (unless its a family member)
no food consumption in church except for individually packed foods on a to-go basis
all other coronavirus rules and CDC guidelines apply
Protocols
Check-in protocol upon entering the lobby:
If you are sick or having symptoms don’t show up
Mask on at all times
Must Sanitize hands upon entry
Must check Temperature at lobby – Cannot proceed if temperature above 100.4 degrees
Answer prescreening questions
Social distancing at all times
No congregating in clusters – particularly in throughways
In sanctuary / In-service
If families show up, families can sit together – social distancing not mandatory within family unit
Otherwise social distancing must be practiced
Mask on during service including praise and worship
Dedicated microphones per day per user
Exit Protocol
Single file to exit – 6 ft apart
Exit the sanctuary/building promptly, unless you are a post-service worker
Other Protocol
No entry into the church office to pay tithes/offering etc. Use the envelopes and fill out properly. Otherwise, use the window
Temple keepers’ shall execute established protocol for cleaning/wiping down before and after service
Ushers need to wear gloves at all times (in addition) and especially when handling envelopes for tithes and offering (online payment method still available)

Approx. 15ppl with some overlap:
2 Pastors
4 Glory voices – 1 keyboardist; 1 drummer; 2 singers
2 Technical dept
1 person managing audio; 1 person managing zoom/multimedia
2 Ushers (minimum)
1 person in main sanctuary; 1 person managing check-in station
1 Sunday school teacher
1 Closing Minister
2 Finance Dept
1 Church Administrator
